In 2017, she created Spark Igniting minds, a platform where she invited numerous writers and authors to come forward and write their hearts out. Soon the journey began and across India, people came forward and wrote wonderful pieces of literature encompassing all different vistas and avenues of life.

 

Sahana’s soul felt liberated but she soon realised that this noble cause must be taken forward in a bigger way. Then she came with an idea of converting the write-ups into book forms so that it could have a wider reach and a bigger audience.

 

Her thought manifested and with tremendous efforts Spark came up with its first book on Spirituality titled ‘Soul Sojourn’ in the year 2018. The icing on the cake was that it was launched by none other than India’s one of the most revered Guru ‘Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’.

 

Inspired and inclined, Spark came with its second publication captioned ‘Delete, Log off, Shutdown Corruption’. It was a tremendous breakthrough in the publication history of Spark as it was launched twice by two luminaries Dr. Kiran Bedi in Puducherry and Ms. Priya Dutt in Mumbai.

The caravan continued its stupendous journey and within a span of short period Spark published its four books namely,

• A Melange of Outpourings, 

• Code, Uncode your Psyche,

• Labyrinth of Relationships and

• Super Natural Secret.

 

The first three were the compendium of writings by Spark members on various subjects showcasing Emotional Intelligence, Mental Wellbeing, Relationships, and Human Emotions. And the fourth one was a fiction penned by a young authoress Zahraa Basta’s. The books were released by eminent personalities, namely, Dr. Alok Mishra, Chaya Momaya, and Dr. Ashish Sen.

 

It was a big leap for Spark which further fuelled its ardent ambitions. The founder of Spark, Ms. Sahana Sundar then came with a brilliant idea after talks with her core team to create another milestone in the history of Spark and launched ‘Spark Publications’ as full fledged publishing house.
